Your Contribution
In this 12 month Parental Leave cover, we are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to support the Head of Marketing - International, with the marketing enablement of Constellation Brand's leading international portfolio of wine brands including Robert Mondavi and The Prisoner Wine Company. As a key liaison between US brand and international markets, you'll align regional and global strategies and deliver marketing platforms, assets, and toolkits for global brand consistency and top-tier execution. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Contribute to International brand planning process to develop international regional tactical plans that align to global brand strategies
- Partner with regional teams to support best-in-class executions with global brand consistency and efficiencies
- Lead the development and dissemination of international marketing platforms, initiatives and toolkits
- Partner with regional marketing teams to plan and execute partnerships and activations
- Analyse performance data to provide insights into regional brand performance

About you
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing or related field
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in experience in a specialised marketing role, including brand experience
- Experience leading a team
- A lateral thinker - ability to think out of the box. Strong flair but grounded with pragmatism.
- Comfortable working across different time zone, as meetings outside of business hours will occasionally be required.
