Position Summary

The Brand Enablement team plays a pivotal role for the Wine & Spirits division to help drive our aspirations and success by ensuring our brand strategy is clearly aligned to the Corporate CBI global strategy, that our brands have a clear positioning within the broader W&S strategy, that they do not overlap/compete with one another, and that brand strategies are translated into actionable commercial priorities with the appropriate tools to meet plan. This is a highly collaborative and visible team that wears many hats and works cross functionally across Brand Marketing, Commercial Enablement, Sales, Finance, Operations and Innovation teams.

As part of the Brand Enablement team, this role will drive key projects and support the VP and Director of Brand Enablement with portfolio initiatives that align with our global Wine and Spirits strategy and aspiration. The Brand Enablement Analyst demonstrates strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, develop insights and recommendations and articulately communicate them to stakeholders to secure buy-in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop effective comprehensive analysis to drive demand space solutions and strategy/tools for the Wine and Spirits division of brand
  • Partner with the VP and Director of Brand Enablement to manage our annual brand planning cycle, including coordination of intel from Insights, Finance, Innovation teams, calendarizing milestones, owning the brand plan template and addressing questions from brand teams
  • Coordinate with brand teams and Commercial Planning to translate brand strategies into the annual commercial plan, ensure guidelines and priorities are up to date
  • Partner with Sales Enablement, Brand leadership and Brand teams on key communications to our sales & distributor partners to ensure clarity and alignment to division goals - oversee the 20-mth Content Calendar, Sales Need-to-Know newsletter, monthly brand updates, etc.
  • Oversee analysis for NPD development and alignment to strategy through analysis and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with and maintain a cross-functional relationship with the brand marketing team, implementing a communication process and cadence for sharing of tools and content
  • Provide analysis for the production, implementation and preparation for brand planning and tactical planning work YOY.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Industry experience, ideally in a leadership role, 1-2 years or equivalent
  • Experience in successfully developing strategic solutions or training with measurable results
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail and meticulous planning skills, sometimes under tight deadlines
    • Exceptional oral and written interpersonal communication skills. Ability, assertiveness, and tact to communicate up, down, and across with key stakeholders

Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint. Syndicated data (Circana or similar) experience a plus

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with brand marketing, sales, International, DTC, marketing activation and training and development team
  • Must be knowledgeable of industry innovation trends, technologies and have experience in creating strategic solutions with tactics that align.
  • Ability to work independently and on a team with limited or general oversight
  • Be comfortable working across business units, and with a variety of strong personalities

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

  • This role can be located anywhere in the US. While not required, this role can work out of one of our headquarters offices in Chicago, IL, San Francisco, CA, or Rochester, NY.

The salary range for this role is:
$66,600.00 - $139,700.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
