Summary
Design and develop a production plan (12 weeks) aligned with the weekly production requirements shared by the commercial team to cover the needs of the imported beers in the Beer Division. It is the link between Inventory Planning and the Breweries.

Responsibilities
1. Generate and analyze 12 weeks plans, production and shipment, according to the demand signal to meet market's requirements.
a) CCC (Compañía Cervecera de Coahuila): Kegs and cases.
b) CCO (Compañía Cervecera de Obregón): Cases.
2. Analyze and update data on the ERP systems (SAP) to guarantee the correct supply signal is being shown for the different teams involved in the process.
3. Validate and report KPI's for the monthly and weekly meetings (production adherence, run strategy adherence) to measure the performance of the production lines and the planning capacities.
