Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Advanced Analytics Product Owner, to join our Integrated Business Planning & Execution (IBP&E) Advanced Analytics team. This role is designed to act as a pivotal connector between our digital analytics initiatives and IBP&E business operations, focusing on Advanced Planning, S&OP, S&OE, and Fulfillment processes. The Product Owner will work closely with the Director, IBP&E Advanced Analytics and additional Advanced Analytics team members to translate complex data insights into actionable business improvements thru identifying technology enhancements, data curation and analytic development to support and enhance ways of working across the entire Integrated Supply Chain. This position requires a blend of analytical prowess, technology acumen and product management skills to drive the development and execution of analytics solutions that meet our strategic objectives. The Product Owner will navigate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that analytics projects are aligned with business needs and executed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Ownership: Own and define the roadmap for specific analytics and technology solutions across dedicated planning and/or fulfillment time horizon, working closely with data scientists, BI engineers, and IDS teams to ensure development aligns with business goals and user needs.
  • Backlog Management and Prioritization: Manage the product backlog, prioritizing based on strategic value, business impact, and feedback from stakeholders, including the Director, Advanced Analytics, and Sr Product Analyst.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as the linchpin between technical/digital teams and business stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring that analytics solutions are developed with a clear understanding of business objectives.
  • User-Centric Design: Focus on the end-user experience of technology and analytics tools/dashboards, incorporating user feedback into development cycles to ensure solutions are intuitive and meet business needs.
  • Accountable for timely delivery of documented business requirements, test scenarios, process documentation, journey mapping, and other strategy documentation. Presents regular progress updates to stakeholders and sponsors.
  • Agile Project Facilitation: Facilitate agile processes and workflows, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure timely delivery of analytics solutions.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Collaborate with additional Advanced Analytics team members to define and track key performance indicators for analytics projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and demonstrating value to stakeholders.
  • Market and Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of trends in analytics, BI tools, and advanced analytics practices, suggesting improvements and innovations that can enhance business decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Actively engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, communicate project status, and solicit feedback, ensuring alignment and buy-in for analytics initiatives.

In addition to the above, the Product Owner will also be expected to:

  • Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to Product Analysts in the team. Foster a collaborative environment and encourage innovative thinking among team members.
  • Strategic Planning: Play a more active role in strategic planning and decision-making processes. Contribute to the development of long-term plans and objectives for the team.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders and manage their expectations effectively.
  • Advanced Problem-Solving: Use advanced problem-solving skills to address complex challenges. Develop and implement innovative solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Role Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree with 6-8+ years in Supply Chain Management, business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field, with 3+ years in a role focused on analytics, product management, or business analysis within a technology-driven environment.
  • Experience in the Supply Chain or related field is required, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the domain.
  • Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, and familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Proficient in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to drive decision-making and product development insights.
  • Proven track record of managing product backlogs, prioritizing development efforts, and delivering projects on time and within scope.

The salary range for this role is:
$127,500.00 - $203,600.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
