A role you will love
We are looking to redesign our main corporate website, www.computershare.com. The site spans multiple countries with a variety of languages. Our website is used by our clients, their customers, shareholders and others to access our transactional sites and services, research new product and solution offerings, obtain corporate/company information, and research career opportunities.
We are seeking a results-driven web project manager for this website redesign. You will be working with our internal marketing web team, an external agency and internal contributors and stakeholders across a large global organization to help plan, organize and manage deadlines and deliverables across all project stages.
To ensure success as a web project manager, you should have experience managing complex website design/redesign projects and the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with the agency and the team members and stakeholders across multiple geographies and time zones.
Primary Accountabilities
• Clear Communication: Communicate with team members to ensure a clear understanding of expectations and project requirements.
• Risk Management: Work with team members to resolve risks, blockers, and escalations that may arise during the project.
• Project Status Reporting: Prepare project status reports, track milestones, and ensure adherence to project scope.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate and lead regular team meetings to discuss project progress and address any issues.
What will you bring to the role?
The Website Project Manager role holder is an individual contributor to help manage our website redesign project involving multiple stakeholders and geographies. This role will operate within the Global Marketing Shared Services team responsible for activity across Computershare.
The Website Project Manager will play a key role in delivering a high quality redesigned corporate website on time and within budget.
Other key skills required for the role include:
- 4 years+ of project management experience within a digital agency or in a corporate environment focused on web projects required.
- Superb leadership, collaboration, and communication skills to effectively coordinate deadlines and deliverables across a diverse team.
- Ability to work with team members to resolve risks, blockers, and escalations that may arise during the project.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work with stakeholders across the globe, ensuring clear and efficient communication. They will have excellent interpersonal skills. They will have relationships with external agencies and freelancers when needed and the following internal relationships:
