We are seeking a UAT Analyst to join our dynamic Reward Operations team and play a pivotal role in implementing changes that empower our global workforce.
In this role you'll be the bridge between our amazing People team and the world of technology. You'll ensure new software functions flawlessly by testing it thoroughly, identifying areas for improvement, and providing clear, actionable feedback.

But that's not all! You'll also be a champion for our Reward Operations team, leading training initiatives, coaching colleagues on new processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive successful change.

• A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving
• Strong Quality Engineering / Software Testing expertise
• Project management experience
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to lead training sessions
• Organisational skills to manage varied workload
• Professional and courteous manner
• Experience of working in a team / team player.
• Able to manage positive and effective negotiations with stakeholders
• Quality focused
• Motivated and pragmatic
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities
• You enjoy working with people and have excellent communication and training skills
