As our Treasury Operations Analyst - Middle Office, you will become an expert in producing weekly and monthly reports for internal distribution. You will interact with various banking partners to ensure accounts are set up properly, assist with bank documentation, and monitor banking transactions to ensure they are completed successfully. You will also perform research and interact with internal Business units and banks to assist with questions and issue resolution.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Perform the initial review of FX trade to validate instruction is being processed by Front Office as per instruction
- Settling FX trade once processed by Front Office Create and submit the weekly client balance report to Team Leader for review
- Own the regulatory reporting (CDIC, FINTRAC) Complete and submit bank/counterparty due diligence reports
- Work with internal and external audit individuals and teams Ensure all exceptions, findings and resolutions are properly documented
- Support the Team Leader and other team members as required
- Identify and allocate bank charges according to Computershare line of business
- Prepare Treasury process documentation
- Support team leader for Bank Accounts documentation / KYC Management
- Support team leader for Banking powers/users access management
- Provide UAT support for projects as required
What will you bring to the role?

Other key skills required for the role:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in FINTRAC Reporting experience in Trade Settlements
- General knowledge of operational processes, products, Operational risk and Regulatory requirements
- Treasury Management System experience in GTreasury, SAP Treasury Model, GIFT payment System or Cash Pro (preferred)
- Microsoft Suite (Advanced Excel, Intermediate Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Database software knowledge is recommended
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
- Previous customer service or client interaction strongly preferred
