Location: Canton, MA (Hybrid)

This is a hybrid position primarily based in Canton, MA. A role you will love

Under general supervision, this position processes Wire security review, Wire Repair processing and FX draft payment Processing as identified via the bank's transmission reports and reconciliation reports. It reaches out to shareholders, client teams, Banking vendors and Relationship Managers as necessary by phone, e-mail, and letters. Preforms share tracking and cleanup of transactions to keep clients in balance.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Performs Security review for Wire Rejects for TA, ESPP, Equate Plus and Canada and SOI. Includes updating an excel document, taking calls on a recorded line, pulling calls, research and working with the shareholders to resend out rejected payments.

Process Funds Movement for Manual checks and ACH reject along with processing the under 20K wire rejects. Requires processing from workflow.

Researching CPU Accounts -Review of wire reject reports, any other reports as assigned.

Other duties or tasks as assigned by management.

What will you bring to the role?

As you can imagine, we need you to have great attention to detail. Supporting a core process isn't an easy job, so being able to think independently, problem solve, and work quickly are some key skills that you'll need for this role.

Other key skills required for the role include:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience
  • Strong skills in all Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel
  • Comfortable in pure transaction process role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Comfortable with calculations and numbers
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Must have experience with researching and analysis

Preferred:

  • Previous Banking and/or Finance experience
  • Call center/phone experience
  • Experience with SCRIP
