Location: Louisville, KY (Hybrid)

This is a hybrid position primarily based in Louisville, KY office location. A role you will love

The Trade Specialist is responsible for the daily processing of Dividend Reinvestment Plans (DRP), Direct Stock Purchase Plans (DSPP) and Alternative Investments (REITS) in a timely and accurate manner. Acts as a product expert for assigned clients to ensure all aspects of the DRP/DSPP/REIT products are processed as intended according to the plan.

The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Process investments while adhering to the standards of accuracy across various functions, for Dividends, Optional Cash, ACH Debits, and Payroll.
  • Ensure all purchases are balanced and traded as intended, facilitating successful settlement and allocation of all shares being purchased. Conduct quality checks throughout the entire investment process.
  • Work with other internal team members, fostering an environment that encourages teamwork and communication. Create and follow highly efficient operational processes that avoid control, quality deficiencies and associated monetary losses.
  • Communicate effectively with the brokerage community as well as internal/external clients.
  • Create detailed analysis reports regularly for our clients.
  • Process monthly DTC CIL fractional sales for our Private REIT clients
  • Process Redemption sales as requested by the Alternative Investment, Relationship Management Team.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university;
  • 2+ years related experience in the Banking industry (required)
  • Experience with Broker/Dealer Relationships (preferred)
  • Demonstrated math skills - numbers oriented previous roles
  • Ability to multitask and acute attention to details
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - high volume usage - formulas, spreadsheet management (required)
