Location: Abbotsford Office

A role you will love

Reporting to the Head of Purchases and Processing, the Team Leader - Processing is responsible for the delivery of a high-quality service to clients in order to achieve/exceed business objectives and client/plan holder satisfaction. This role sits within Computershare Plan Managers (CPM) which is a division within Computershare responsible for providing administrative services, project management and plan design to Plan Manager clients and their individual employee share plan holders.

You will work closely with the Client Event Specialists, Account Managers, the broader CPM teams and external stakeholders to ensure all business as usual and key service events are anticipated, planned for and delivered in a consistent, professional and effective manner to the required standards.

Some of the other key accountabilities:

  • Lead team with integrity, providing clear direction, motivating and supporting staff
  • Identify and support training and on the job coaching requirements for team members
  • Coordinate and self-manage client/stakeholder enquiries, ensuring that quality standards and time constraints are continuously delivered to a high standard
  • Maintain and optimising the use of appropriate resources whilst ensuring full compliance with all regulations, policies and procedures

What will you bring to the role?

  • Knowledge of Employee Share Plan industry
  • Previous experience with training or experience with leadership/people management (desired)
  • Strong written communication skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining professionalism and focusing on quality
  • Demonstrate experience in coordination/assignment of work
