Client Service Delivery - Team Lead

Location: Bristol (Hybrid)

Externally CCS provides transactional communication solutions including the provision of utility bills, adhoc letters, advice notes, statements, cheque payments, payment advice, and share trade confirmations.

A role you will love

As the Client Service Delivery Team Lead you will manage a team that the main point of liaison for allocated clients work and projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that resource and process is effective in providing the delivery of their clients work and ensure that the client is managed via expert representatives of our company. Working with management team you will review any service concerns and/or internal incidents to ensure the team are working using the correct processes and ensure set processes are fit for purpose, flagging business risk and actively work to improve efficiency and cost.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the team of service delivery team members to ensure a high level of service is being provided.
  • Responsible for your team and the delivery of client work for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure delivery of client work both internal and external.
  • Be the first point of escalation and support for clients and the team.
  • Responsibility for demonstrating performance against budget, discussing any challenges at a Senior Management level and where needed escalate into the Leadership Team.
  • Coach, mentor, and train the team in their own development.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of CCS' products and service offerings.
  • Have a strong understanding of our client's business, and sectors.
  • Ability to manage medium to large scale projects.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Experience leading a team, or experience with direct reports previously.
  • Demonstrable project management skills and experience.
  • Strong technical skills and understanding of the sales proposition of CCS services.
  • Knowledge, and previous working experience of the utilities and/or finance industry/sector would be advantageous to be successful in this role.
