A role you will love

In this high-profile role, you will primarily focus on key client initiatives and strategic projects within the German and Swiss markets, while also supporting new business from an Account Management perspective.
Your responsibilities will include client relationship management, project management oversight, and a deep understanding of regional specifics for Plans. Advanced knowledge of our proprietary system, EquatePlus, is essential. You will engage with senior stakeholders from some of our most valuable EMEA clients, overseeing strategic projects. Additionally, you will represent Account Management in business development initiatives, new product releases and support the onboarding of new clients.

Furthermore, you will contribute to operational improvements by participating in strategic initiatives aimed at delivering operational efficiencies across the organization.

Main Duties:

• Support new business and onboarding of new clients, in coordination with internal stakeholders (Sales, Relationship Managers, Business Consultants).
• Act as a key contact for training, mentoring, and developing Account Management team members.
• Assess the impact of new system features and product releases, plan and manage their rollout into BAU.
• Attend client meetings to consult with existing and new clients during implementation or BAU phases, offering new solutions and sharing best practices to improve current operating models.
• Train new clients in all aspects of plan administration using EquatePlus.
• Serve as the SME for clients (in particular German clients) with an in-depth technical understanding of system processes.
• Provide consulting and expertise on German market-specific topics (FIFO, German taxes, MIFID, automated tax refunds, technical interface with our banking partner).
• Assist internal stakeholders (IT, Account & Relationship Management, Operations, and Sales) with solutions or system functionalities related to industry requirements.
• Support the analysis of client plans and develop comprehensive solutions in close cooperation with relevant internal and external stakeholders to set up system configurations and underlying processes.
• Participate in high-profile sales pitches when needed.

• Be knowledgeable - you understand our client's requirements and the importance of commercial awareness
• Be responsible - You will be fully accountable for your portfolio of clients, ensuring the successful execution and delivery of all projects within the scope of client services.
• Have worked in the financial industry would advantageous or have an education with a business background understanding financial markets.
