This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions and providing expert user support to meet the diverse needs of our finance teams. You will take charge of troubleshooting, investigating, and resolving operational issues related to financial transactions, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

A role you will love

As the Tax and Account Reconciliation Systems Lead, you'll take charge of the operational stability and strategic direction for our Oracle EPM applications (TRCS & ARCS), driving efficiency and innovation across the EPM landscape. This role focuses on streamlining and leveraging Oracle technology to meet global regulatory and reporting requirements, ensuring seamless financial operations.

You'll lead Oracle EPM solutions through stabilization, managing full project lifecycles, from design and implementation to ongoing support. With your expertise in EPBCS, PCMCS, and Revenue Reporting, you'll provide valuable insights to senior management and oversee the integration and delivery of support services across the organization. A deep understanding of complex multi-currency accounting systems and Oracle's EPM technology is key to success in this exciting, high-impact role.

Key accountabilities:

• Responsible for influencing, guiding, and educating the organisation (working closely with the Global Process owner) on the subject matter in the EPM TRCS and ARCS applications.

• Contribute to the design and deliver of an Oracle EPM Cloud functional architecture strategy (especially in the use EPM TRCS and ARCS) with leading practices throughout all phases of Computershare's EPM Cloud Transformation

• Align priorities and resources (short-term and long-term) and contribute to multi-year planning of EPM TRCS and ARCS projects and strategic initiatives

• Responsible to implement, configure and support applications during the hours required by the business, ensure application availability, performance, reliability, maintainability and capacity are provided in line with agreed service level agreements.

• Ensure proactive troubleshooting and root cause analysis of issues is undertaken and appropriate change requests are proactively raised with a focus on implementing preventative measures as appropriate.

• Oversee, the planning and delivery of patches, maintenance releases and all major product enhancement releases to applications and integration components.

• Review and provide feedback to management on Change Requests with impact in the EPM TRCS and ARCS space.

• Support all interfaces and integrations as they relate to EPM TRCS and ARCS working closely with global technology teams.

• Ensure the creation, review, and ongoing update of Finance Systems Playbook so that support can be efficiently performed, and the impact of future change requests can be assessed.

• Ensure data integrity, internal controls and audit trails are maintained throughout all applications

Essential:

• Must have relevant tertiary education in an IT, Finance or a related discipline

• Accredited with Oracle Certified Professional or similar

• Significant experience with Oracle EPM technology especially TRCS and or ARCS

• Exposure to Oracle Fusion cloud implementations in the context of how they relate to EPM.

Preferred:

• Experience in COBIT or ITIL best practices.

• Experience in working within an Agile environment.
