Location: Bristol or Edinburgh (Hybrid)

An opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager with experience working in People Teams to lead this initiative.

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders in our Talent Acquisition & Onboarding teams, our wider People team and hiring managers across all regions of our business. You'll manage project activities connected with our external vendors, procurement, reporting, resource management, communication, and stakeholder management.

If you are a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with a background in managing change, ideally within Talent Acquisition, this opportunity will provide you with experience and growth within a complex, global, and fast-moving organisation.

A role you will love
The Talent Acquisition Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of the MSP, across all our regions and business areas, remaining in-line with the project scope. You'll ensure there's clear, complete and accurate documentation that covers all the relevant deliverables defined in the project's scope (including project plans, RAID logs and regular project status reports).

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the MSP to manage the project plan, tracking deliverables and timelines for the project.
  • Lead regular project meetings, providing updates to People leadership team and steering committee.
  • Create communications and regular status reports for key stakeholders.
  • Build relationships and manage expectations of internal stakeholders to ensure business objectives are delivered.
  • Work closely with other members of the project team (including external parties) to ensure on-time, and high-quality project delivery.
  • Develop and manage key plans throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track project budget and resource allocation on an ongoing basis.

What will you bring to the role?
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to successfully lead this implementation and support ongoing change within the People Team.

  • Extensive experience of leading projects, preferably within a Talent Acquisition environment.
  • Significant experience working with external vendors, third parties or consultants. If you've implemented an MSP or RPO before, that would be even better.
  • Previous experience of implementing new processes, and able to influence a culture of change, ensuring a collaborative approach with key stakeholders.
  • A background of working with a global and complex organisation, preferably Financial or Professional Services.
  • Demonstrable understanding of Project Management tools, processes and methodologies.
  • Knowledge/understanding of People Team/HR processes; background experience of recruitment or vendor management would be beneficial.
  • Relevant Project Management qualification e.g. Prince2 would be preferable.
