A role you will love

Working within the Service Operations department, the Foundations team is responsible for providing all lines of technical support for all (internal) customers, as well as enhancing customer experience through investigating and resolving system faults enabling our customers to run their operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing all lines of support to Business.
  • Ensuring all Server Systems are available and meet with Company requirements.
  • Maintaining logical and physical security measures where appropriate.
  • Maintaining systems both hardware and software.
  • Ensuring hardware and software fault calls are placed, managed and resolved according to relevant maintenance contracts and in line with problem management processes.
  • Building pro-active and constructive professional relationships with other teams and departments
  • Day to day support of Microsoft Server Platforms and MS Products (Windows Server 2019 & 2022, Active Directory, ExO, SCCM) and many more.
  • Providing support to POC and deployment activities
  • Working on CTS maintenance/change management rules

What will you bring to the role?

We want someone who is open minded and takes a collaborative approach in finding solutions with the team.

Here are the key skills we are looking for:

  • You must be fluent in German as this will be your main language of communication.
  • Multiple years' experience supporting day-to-day Microsoft Windows Server platforms and products (Windows Server, Active Directory, SCCM, SCOM), Citrix, VMWare, Windows Clusters as well as Computershare in-house applications.
  • Diverse in-depth technical knowledge and appreciation of Windows Servers, Hypervisors, SCCM, Exchange, Storage, SANs.
  • Experience with Cisco UCS and Nutanix environments
  • Able to work with both technical and those with limited understanding of technical concepts.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell and Virtualization.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to manage multiple change work streams, often across many technologies.
  • Strong accountability and service-oriented, with ability to set priorities independently, provide follow-through, and meet objectives.
  • Understanding of ITIL v3 processes and functions.
