A role you will love

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic, Senior UX Product Designer to lead the design process for digital products, ensuring they provide intuitive, engaging, and user-centred experiences. Within this role, you will be responsible for conducting extensive user research, translating insights into actionable design solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring those solutions to life.

Other key responsibilities:

• Provide direction and leadership in UX/UI design, including setting design standards, best practices, and design principles.

• Lead and conduct advanced user research activities, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.

• Lead the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts that prioritise usability, accessibility, and user engagement.

• Ensure consistency and coherence in design solutions across product interfaces using the Computershare Design System and pattern libraries

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to ensure alignment and integration of design solutions with product development.

• Providing mentorship, guidance, and support to junior designers to foster their growth and development in the field of UX/UI design.

What will you bring to the role

We're looking for an enthusiastic, driven and passionate individual who has an in-depth understanding of UX/UK design principles, methodologies and best practices. You will be able to successfully leverage your expertise in interaction design, visual design, and usability testing to create compelling experiences that meet both user needs and business objectives, ultimately driving the success and growth of the product.

Some other key skills you'll have:

• Extensive experience in interaction design, visual design, and prototyping tools.

• Proficiency with design tools and software, such as Figma, Zeroheight and Token Studio.

• Knowledge of front-end development technologies and their impact on design decisions.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex design challenges and make data-driven decisions.

• Creative approach to generating innovative design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.

• Demonstrated success in improving key performance indicators such as user engagement, conversion rates, and retention.

• Capacity to lead initiatives that result in tangible improvements to product design and user experience

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
