A role you will love
Based at our Bristol office, Computershare is seeking a talented Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Operations team.
As our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, supporting the delivery of team objectives, projects and SLAs. Being a senior member in the team, you will also develop effective relationships across multiple business units & internal and external stakeholders on a global scale.
Some key responsibilities:
- Recruiting for complex role types across the organisation while demonstrating expertise in running recruitment campaigns.
- Working alongside the TA COE to support project activity, supporting the development and alignment of processes and policies.
- Working collaboratively with stakeholders to agree appropriate advertising, sourcing and assessment strategies.
- Serve as a peer coach and role model to TA Partners, providing support for escalated issues, mentorship and guidance.
- Providing an outstanding candidate centric recruitment experience.
- Working collaboratively with the wider people team to support the onboarding of new candidates, whilst focusing on improvements.
What will you bring to the role?
As a Senior TA Partner, you will be working with team members, external partners, stakeholders & candidates from all across our business, so you will need to have exceptional stakeholder management skills along with a problem-solving mindset.
Whilst this role is not directly supervising or line managing others, you will be expected to provide support and guidance to junior members of the team, so being a natural leader will be key in this position.
Skills; Here's what we're looking for:
- Expert understanding of recruitment practices generally developed over a long period of time in the recruitment industry.
- An excellent understanding of operational recruitment.
- High attention to detail and advanced evaluative judgement based on best practice and previous experience.
- Developed communication skills to be able to provide clear verbal and/or written communications in response to queries.
- Experience working in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
