We are now looking for experienced talents to join our client service team in Beijing. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a global corporation that will give you fantastic exposure to the dynamic and fast-growing businesses in Asia.

The Senior Supervisor, is primarily responsible for handling more complex tasks, and auditing basic operation tasks done by Client Service Associates and Senior Associates.

This role is an individual contributor to the business but may coach less experienced people. The Senior Supervisor will assist team leaders with supervising and training CSAs and SCSAs, therefore beginning to gain exposure in team management and leadership responsibilities. The Senior Supervisor will be assigned with more managerial responsibilities to oversee the performance of younger CSAs and SCSAs.

Some other key accountabilities will include:

  • Carry out more complex plan admin duties in a timely manner and with accuracy, namely
    • Responding to internal/external ad-hoc clients request (more advanced level and difficult routine questions).
    • Plan sponsor communications (routine and ad-hoc tasks).
    • Employee communications (ad-hoc/difficult request).
    • Non-standard trade orders management (manual offline).
    • Data management (large volume with complex process).
    • Website management.
  • Manage small and middle size external client projects and internal UATs independently.
  • Follow direct reporting manager's instruction with updating procedure documents and checklists.
  • Follow direct reporting manager's instruction to conduct auditing of CSAs and SCSAs' work and fulfil the required supervising responsibilities.
  • Follow direct reporting manager's instruction to provide relevant trainings to new joiners, CSAs and SCSAs; Client specific and system/process on job training; Also Host Onsite training sessions to participants.

What will you bring to the role?

To be successful in this role you will have good learning and time management skills, pay attention to details and be efficient. Also, you will have exceptional relationship building and interpersonal skills. You will be passionate about the development of your team by providing guidance and coaching support.

Some other key skills required for the role:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or closely related areas.
  • Excellent English and Mandarin required with Cantonese an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office.
  • At least 4-5 years of experiences of our operations or relevant professional working experiences. Detail-oriented, self-motivated and has a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Customer focused with excellent communications skills. Strong problem-solving skills and well-developed commercial acumen.
  • Demonstrate initiative, organizational and time management skills.
  • Adapts to change, is open to new ideas, takes on new responsibilities, handles pressure, and adjusts plans to meet changing needs.
