Computershare Technology Services (CTS) provides global technology and infrastructure/support services for existing Computershare proprietary software together with a full range of development services for new products.
A role you will love.
This role will work within an Agile environment to develop and support Computershare Corporate Trust Services Extract, Transfer, and Load needs. Working within cross-functional teams, this role requires strong technical skills, curiosity, a passion for delivering quality solutions and the drive to continually improve the quality and speed with which we deliver value to the business.
• Provide leadership with the software development life cycle, technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support for the Resiliency Solutions portfolio.
• Coordination of the automation planning across multiple teams and functional areas.
• Program design, deployment, and ongoing Test Automation support.
• Ensure the quality of tasks, services and information provided by your team - through the quality of your own work and the support you provide to others - to ensure that your team delivers high-quality, maintainable software which adheres to internal standards and policies.
• Identify and support improvements and innovation in technologies/practices within your team that would benefit the business e.g. efficiency in the software development process or improved customer experience.
What will you bring to the role?
• Strong working experience of database development with Relationship Database Management Systems (RDBMS) such as Oracle, SQL Server
• 5+ years technical skill in IBM Information Server DataStage v11.7.1 onwards
• Proficient in the Tools - Designer, Director, Administrator
• Experience in ETL, data warehouse, slowing changing dimensions and data analytics.
• Experience with Shell Scripting, LINUX command.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
• Collaborates and communicates well, builds great working relationships, influences others, challenges effectively and responds well to challenge from others, shares information and ideas with others, has good listening skills.
