Location: Melbourne, Australia - Hybrid

A role you will love

The Senior Relationship Manager role operates within this division at a local level and must deliver within strict client management and revenue management guidelines. The guidelines include successful retention of clients, seeking opportunities to grow the customer wallet with upsells and cross sells and build up a thorough knowledge of products/services and industry trends and keeping abreast of industry trends.

The Senior Relationship Manager is also expected to work collaboratively across teams within the same department and the broader Computershare Group, supporting continuous improvement and project related activity related to the role.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Build and maintain proactive and positive relationships with clients, managing a portfolio of clients effectively and efficiently, building client trust in our capability to deliver, ensuring client retention
  • Manage client actions and deliver resolution to issues, through creative solutions
  • Assist and support management team by identifying revenue opportunities through upsell targets and meeting EBITDA goals
  • Actively identify opportunities for efficiencies, solutions and synergies within the group and wider business
  • Compile and deliver well structured budget, forecasting and debt management strategies

What will you bring to the role?

We are looking for someone who can effectively build and maintain key relationships across a client portfolio.

The role also requires ability to navigate the organisation effectively at all levels while being an ambassador for the team internally and externally.

Other key skills required include:

  • Previous experience within a Relationship Management role within a financial service or a Remuneration and Reward role
  • Proven ability to manage a large portfolio of clients
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate on all levels
  • Strong negotiation skills
