The Customer Operations Senior Officer will work closely with all Operation teams and Investor Services Team, Client Facing Teams and also IPO team to ensure all shareholders' transfer requests will be carried out timely and accurately. All tasks should be delivered under our operation procedures. The tasks should be closely monitored so that all changes can be timely reflected.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensure transfer requests are processed accurately and within SLA

• Ensure all good Corporate Transfer cases completed within agreed timeline

• Follow up problematic transfer cases

• Review transfer documents to ensure they comply with requirements

• Handle transfer related enquiries from brokers

• Handle express transfer service requests

• Discuss and co-ordinate daily tasks with different teams (Operations, Investor Services, Client Facing, Legal and Compliance, etc.)

• Perform UAT as assigned

• Adapt to changing internal business requirements and expectations

• Highly adaptable to market changes

• Provide timely support for any ad-hoc/special requirements eg. Attending AGMs

• Work independently and under high pressure

• Provide guidance to junior team members

What will you bring to the role?

You will bring a solid foundation and understanding of the securities and transfer industry to support the daily operation tasks. Further knowledge for the role will be acquired through operation procedures, on the job training and also the day to day job experience.

You would have some basic understanding related to the share registry business and securities markets. More importantly, you would need to have strong communication skills in English and Cantonese as you'll closely work with various internal operations team and client facing teams, this would be valuable when there are changing expectations from clients.

Other key skills required for the role include:

• Degree holder, preferably in the banking or securities industry.
• Proficient in PC skills including MS Excel and Word
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese
