Senior Relationship Manager
Location: London (Hybrid)

As the Senior Relationship Manager for our Share-Plans business you will be expected to independently manage large high value and complex client relationships by effective relationship management techniques while also identifying, capturing, and maximising all revenue opportunities. The role requires the individual to act as a coach, and ambassador within the Relationship Management team, and as the main point of contact externally.

A role you will love
As a Share-plans Relationship Manager you will be accountable for building and maintaining relationships with large revenue generating client portfolios, while coaching team members and driving a culture of high performance and quality across the team. The role also requires the ability to navigate the organisation effectively, establish credible relationships with Clients, at a senior level and upsell in both new and existing business.
As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will be expected to manage client actions, deliver resolutions to issues through creative solutions and service excellence, as well as meeting your client portfolios expectations and satisfaction.
You will also be required to take an active role within the industry, attending and speaking at events and conferences and demonstrating yourself as an industry Thought Leader.
Other Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively identify and maximise all existing and new revenue opportunities
• Design, develop, and deliver professional presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Compile and deliver well-structured financial analysis, costings, and identifying trends.
• Support colleagues to ensure completion of core governance and procedures to maintain compliance and regulatory responsibilities.
• Maintain customer information as required for internal analysis.
• Act as a Truster Advisor and thought Leader for Client Management within the Company, providing subject matter expertise, and upskilling to a range of colleagues.
• Actively identify opportunities for efficiencies, solutions and synergies within the group and wider business.
• Coach and train Client Managers on our products, services, and industry trends
What will you bring to the role?
We're looking for an experienced Relationship Manager with significant commercial experience and ideally with experience of Share-plans products and regulation. You will be commercially focused with business acumen and the ability to recognise levers of profitability and how to best deploy these with new and existing clients. You will be able to drive business development, quickly getting up to speed with the very specialised nature of our product and marketplace. In addition you will be required to support fellow Relationship Managers in doing the same, acting as a mentor and role model.
Working with numerous stakeholders, you will maintain the integrity of our product, and resolve conflicting interests when necessary.

• Experience working within the benefits/Share-plans industry, and applicable portals.
• Results orientated/professional best practice approach
• Highly Analytical and numerate - design costing plans and models
• Significant experience of Project Management and risk management
• Proven experience of negotiation and Influencing skills
• Educated to degree level or equivalent (desirable)
• Institute of Chartered Secretaries Association (ICSA) qualified (desirable)
• Ability to travel will be required in this role.
