What will you bring to the role?

You will bring extensive professional experience, ideally with several years dedicated to project management, particularly within general meetings or similar high-stakes events. Your strong professional expertise will be evident in your exceptional planning, organizational, and prioritization abilities. We value your leadership qualities, including experience in managing teams, developing strategies, and guiding junior colleagues. Your professional qualifications will include a solid understanding of planning and organization, coupled with sound knowledge of the German Stock Corporation Act and WpHG (full training will be given). Your exceptional social skills will enable you to thrive in a team environment, communicate and lead effectively, and maintain a confident and professional presence. Methodologically, you'll be proficient in project and time management, possess strong problem-solving techniques, and demonstrate a high affinity for IT with experience in relevant systems. Personally, you are reliable, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and development. Fluency in both written and spoken German and English is essential, alongside a willingness to accommodate seasonal workloads and overtime, as well as a high degree of travel flexibility.
