Reward Administrator (12 month FTC)

Location: Bristol (Hybrid)

As the Rewards Administrator you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to the Benefits enrolment process, work alongside regional experts and develop a global consideration to your ways of working. A role you will love

Working in a global team you will be involved in producing reports, supporting benefit renewals, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and providing general administrative support to the team. The role will also assist with project coordination and provide support to senior team members as needed to ensure the delivery of team objectives and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain good level of communication with global Reward team, members of the People team, and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the Reward team, with renewal data and reporting in support of benefit renewals and Committee meetings.
  • Support of employee queries, communications and reporting in respect of global benefit and compensation programs of work.
  • Support in the documentation and creation of company processes and policies to ensure efficiencies within the team and adherence to legislation.
  • Work alongside the global Reward team to support on project activity to achieve global ways of working.
  • Organise and maintain records, files, and documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and up to date.
  • Assist with project coordination including minuting meetings, documenting actions, tracking progress, updating project plans, and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to senior team members, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Support the management of risks and controls both internally and externally, through regular governance and audit activity.

Essential Skills, Experience and Competencies

  • Experience of working in a high-volume administrative role
  • Experienced in working in a multi-jurisdictional role.
  • Experienced in quality controls and compliance checking processes.
  • Experienced at re-prioritising workload and multi-tasking.
  • Understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
  • Good computer literacy including Microsoft Office, inc. Excel.
  • Strong command of both written and verbal English
  • Highly organised with a methodical approach and a meticulous eye for detail
  • Ability to successfully communicate across all levels of the business.
  • Working to strict deadlines
