A role you will love
We are seeking a strategic and innovative Research & Analytics Manager to drive the global adoption, optimisation, and impact of user testing and analytics across our organisation.
Within this role, you will shape and execute a research strategy that informs and enhances our experience design and engineering efforts. You will work collaboratively with executives, product owners, delivery leads, designers, and engineers. You will be embedding user testing best practices into teams and a web and journey analytics strategy across the business.
Other key responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the research & analytics team's daily operations, including workload distribution, task prioritisation, and scheduling.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development to elevate team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Define, refine, and scale research and analytics processes within DesignOps to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and impact.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in workflows, ensuring seamless integration with design and engineering teams.
• Serve as the key liaison between research and analytics, project teams, and senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Provide expert guidance on tool usage, ensuring teams leverage the right solutions for testing and research.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, adopting innovative testing methodologies and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
What will you bring to the role
We are seeking a proactive, and driven individual; someone who is passionate about Technology Leadership. You will have exceptional stakeholder management skills, coupled with a global mindset that allows you to work on a global scale with ease. Your strong design knowledge, coupled with your experience, will be instrumental in your success in this role.
Some other key skills you'll have:
• Exceptional communication skills, translating complex research insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Stakeholder engagement and relationship-building, ensuring alignment across product, engineering, and executive teams.
• Strong decision-making and prioritisation skills, balancing short-term execution with long-term vision.
• Experience leading User Testing, DesignOps, or Research functions in a large enterprise or complex, multi-product organisation.
• Proven expertise in User Testing methodologies, research operations, and design tools such as Figma, industry-leading User Testing platforms and Journey analytics e.g. GA4, ContentSquare, Full Story.
