A role you will love

We have an excellent opportunity for a talented and inspiring Relationship Manager to join our Perth team. You will be responsible for managing and further developing a varied client portfolio, fostering client relationships at C-suite level, managing client satisfaction and meeting all client SLAs. This includes growing your client portfolio within existing clients and new business.

Success in the role will be achieved through a full understanding of the clients' business needs, managing all service delivery requirements and meeting client commitments and milestones. You will possess the ability to quickly build relationships and credibility, thrive on nurturing your client relationships and delivering a seamless service.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assuming overall responsibility for the account portfolio
  • Achieving account retention and revenue growth targets
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell our products and solutions
  • Developing and managing effective relationships with clients
  • Providing strategic account planning and execution
  • Representing Computershare at events, conferences and client forums
  • Conducting fee reviews and contract negotiations
  • Contributing to budget and forecasting processes

What will you bring to the role?

Strong client service experience will be critical to your success in this role. The Relationship Manager provides ongoing, day-to-day specialist support as well as project management services to their clients.

Other key skills required for the role include:

  • Demonstrated experience in a client service and sales-focused environment
  • Track record achieving budgeted goals and key metrics
  • Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and well-developed commercial acumen
  • Proactive and a can-do attitude

Desired experience:

  • Understanding or experience in a similar role in professional services, financial services or technology
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
