Location: Minneapolis or St. Paul (Hybrid)
In this position, you'll be based in a Minneapolis or St. Paul office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week.

A role you will love
This position is a support role in Corporate Trust working on our Monitoring, Oversight, Production, and Review team.
• Responsible for evaluating, monitoring, assessing and/or reviewing programs, processes, claims, documentation and/or files
• Ensure compliance with internal company requirements and/or agency or government regulations.
• Functions include evaluating processes to ensure business standards are followed.
• Providing information to business partners and management.
• This position will be partnered with a with Business Support Consultant to own specific Review Programs in the portfolio.
• This position will primarily support Doc Custody quality control reviews as well as other lines of corporate trust business.

Other key skills required for the role include:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in trust, financial services or account management.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Experience reading and interpreting complex legal documents
- Customer service focus with experience actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending customer issues/needs, and recommending solutions
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Rewards designed for you
Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $50,000- $60,000. This base pay is a national average and may not be applicable to all locations.
