This is a hybrid position primarily based in Bristol. The Quality and Control (QC) Analyst for Account Recordkeeping is part of a global team of professionals across Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States. In partnership with the global Account Recordkeeping senior management team, Global Quality and Control develops and executes initiatives and services within the domains of quality control and execution, operational risk management, control and reporting, and staff training.

  • Support Account Recordkeeping risk management processes under the guidance and direction of the Quality and Control Manager:
  • Maintain Account Recordkeeping's Business Processes, Risk Register, Control Procedures, Loss Events, Findings, Remediation Plans, and EUCs in ACE.
  • Assist with the identification and reporting of Loss Events in ACE within seven calendar days of identification.
  • Support root cause research and analyses and remediations.
  • Support maintenance and testing of Business Continuity plans.

Required:

  • Extensive experience in securities operations.
  • Thorough understanding of registrar and transfer agency industry standards, processes, regulations, and technologies.
  • Ability to effectively influence and constructively challenge peers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize work and engage with stakeholders to resolve issues where necessary.
  • Experience operating in a matrix reporting environment
