Bristol / London - Hybrid

The Pursuits and Sales Enablement Manager sits within the new Market & Sales Enablement EMEA (MSE) team within our Issuer Services business. The MSE team's mission is to enable the business to accelerate the achievement of its commercial objectives by creating more and better opportunities and improving win rates.

  • Lead strategic pursuits from start to finish.

  • Project Manager: Oversee the entire bid process, ensuring smooth execution.

  • Relationship Builder: Foster strong connections with internal stakeholders.
  • Innovator: Continuously improve our processes, tools, and content to stay ahead.
  • Empower our sales team: Equip them with the tools they need to succeed.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Deep understanding of win strategy development, proposal writing and bid management processes.
  • Proven ability to manage large, strategic deals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, especially at senior levels.
  • Self-motivated and results oriented.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • A continuous learner who seeks and applies feedback.
