We're seeking a passionate Pursuits Director to join our team! This is an exciting role with significant collaboration internally across Issuer Services departments, operating at regional level in North America.
A role you will love
The Pursuits Director is responsible for the overall creative composition and management of the North America Issuer Services responses to RFP and RFI's. In performing these duties, the individual will be required to create engaging and creative messaging and content that resonates with our existing and future clients. In addition, the role will work closely with business development representatives, client strategists, relationship managers, marketing representatives and executive leadership within Issuer Services to prepare and submit a concise, well-articulated, and thoughtful response on behalf of Computershare.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the account planning process for identified clients
- Gathering client, market and competitor insight to develop strategies and win themes
- Understanding of the client's goals and our methods to achieve them. Articulating the Computershare brand clearly and consistently, providing a consolidated and on point response
- Delivering a message creatively that resonates with both existing and future clients and the relationships we have established
- Conduct interviews with subject matter experts and effectively integrate their insights with the company's value proposition to craft compelling and successful proposals
- Creating and maintaining ownership of proposal response and admin artifacts
- Managing relationships and working with partners to ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the process, including educating people on our processes and generally guiding resources through the proposal support experience
What will you bring to the role?
You will bring proven work experience in the financial services industry ideally with a focus on transfer agency or shareholder servicing or has achieve success in a previous similar role. You would have a good understanding of how the wider front office team works together to successfully achieve department goals and objectives. A fundamental understanding of competitor products and services is essential to drive continuous improvement and effectively support project-related initiatives. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills to allow you to build strong relationships, foster collaboration, and communicate effectively with the internal teams and clients.
Other key skills required for the role include:
- Bachelor Degree from an accredited university or college, is preferred with a minimum of at least 10 years of work experience
- Ability to draft complete and concise statements regarding our operations, services, and value proposition
- Excellent technical and persuasive writing skills, with superior attention to detail and copy-editing acumen and excellent desktop publishing skills
- Passion for quality and delivering within the agreed service deadlines
- While this role does not include supervisory responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to lead and coordinate team efforts.

Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $127K - $180K. This base pay range is specific to New York and may not be applicable to other locations.
