Location: Bristol or London, UK | Canton, Massachusetts | Jersey City of Edison, New Jersey | Toronto, Canada (Hybrid)

This is a hybrid position primarily based in Bristol, London, Canton, Jersey City, Edison or Toronto. The Finance function is responsible for providing transactional accounting services; treasury, financial planning, analysis, reporting and commercial finance support to all business units and functions throughout Computershare, across all global locations.

This position will be responsible for project management on a global cost program to research, document and implement project(s) as a part of the global program.

A role you will love

The role is fully responsible for tracking end-to-end project lifecycle and ensuring that standard practices, processes and technology are used in the management of all projects undertaken, including:

  • Develop, update and execute Project Management and Implementation Plans, Project Charters, and Communication Plans;
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings related to projects;
  • Identify resourcing requirements;
  • Perform Risk Assessments, response strategies and impact analyses;
  • Direct or coordinate activities of project personnel;
  • Monitor, track, and report on project status, milestones and deliverables;
  • Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule and scope; and
  • Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university, or two or more years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred:

  • PMP certification
  • Lean Six Sigma
  • Agile Methodology
  • BABoK Analysis Techniques
