This is a position based in Ermington, NSW. Reporting directly to the Production Team Leader, you will work as an integral part of a team on a shift pattern, who are responsible for ensuring the day-to-day preparation, production, and dispatch of physical (paper based) customer communications.

Why is this an exciting opportunity? Well as a Production Operator in Computershare Communication Services (CCS) you will work as an integral part of a team on a shift pattern, who are responsible for ensuring the day-to-day preparation, production, and dispatch of physical (paper based) customer communications

You will be operating specialised production equipment including but not limited to.

  • Digital printing on High-speed Continuous Inkjet Presses.
  • Cut- Sheet digital printing on Toner and Inkjet production printers.
  • Manual and Automated Booklet making.
  • High and Medium speed mail enclosing equipment.
  • Manual hand sorting and enclosing.
  • Guillotines and cutting equipment.

You will be working in environment were maintaining a high level of discipline and accuracy in ensuring that processes and quality control methods are a part of the everyday culture and service that is focused on meeting the clients' expectations and set KPI's.

What will you bring to the role?

You will use your strong organisational and planning capabilities to excel in this role as well as being an excellent communicator! Building strong relationships internally.

Some other key skills that you'll have:

  • Operate production equipment and systems in line with manufacturers guidelines.
  • Achieve scheduled output figures in line with daily targets
  • Achieve 100% reconciliation of all output to ensure all work is compliant and in line with customer requirements.
  • Always demonstrate safe working practices
  • Ensure quality products are produced 100% of the time in line with equipment manufacturer specifications and ISO 9001:2018 procedures and work Instructions.

Essential experience

  • No Educational Qualifications other than ability to read and write in English. The role requires reading of detailed information.
  • High degree of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
  • Flexible approach to tasks & working hours with a productive mindset
  • Strong verbal communication skills, including the ability to interpret instructions
  • Computer literate.
