A role you will love
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager for a 12 month FTC, working on a high visibility project. As a Product Manager with Agile Product Owner responsibilities, you will be responsible for our payment's offerings.
You will be instrumental in developing your product in line with our organisational strategy, translating our vision into tangible products and rolling-out of new offerings to the market. You will be expected to manage new ideas from concept to launch, working closely with colleagues across the business.
Some other key responsibilities:
- Acting as Product Owner of an Agile scrum team to execute your product strategy.
- Working closely with senior stakeholders in Product to align vision and strategy, refining your product roadmap.
- Understanding your internal and external stakeholders needs so you prioritize work and develop your product effectively.
- Leading the delivery of product communication and documentation including marketing briefs, product development updates and feature descriptions.
What will you bring to the role?
A background in Payments and proven experience as a Product Manager is essential. You will be a collaborative individual with the ability to build great, long-lasting business relationships at a global scale.
You should be able to choose the right level of detail, understand the requirements and focus on user and client needs while keeping the overall strategy in mind.
Other key skills required for the role include:
- Evidenced experience working as a Product Manager or Agile Product Owner.
- Background in banking/ financial services.
- Experience providing strategic ownership for one or more complex products and services.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Demonstrable analytical skills and comfortable with complex topics, able to simplify or visualise them effectively.
- Product or project experience that shows your ability to deliver against a strategy or plan.
