A role you will love
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our team. The Product Manager will play a crucial role in the development, launch, and support of our Interval Fund Alternative Investment Transfer Agency product. This position requires a deep understanding of Alternative Investments and Interval Funds in particular; excellent communication skills; and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. Understanding the transfer agents connectivity with DTCC including their AIP and Fund/Serv platforms is a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Product Knowledge: Continual development of an understanding of the Interval Fund product, including features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
- New Business Support: Provide expert support to Sales and Relationship Management customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Product Launches: Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, including creating marketing materials and training sales and RM teams.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive products.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the technology, marketing, sales, relationship management, risk and compliance teams to ensure product success.
- Training: Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams and customers.
- Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and innovations.
What will you bring to the role?
The ideal candidate for the Product Manager role relies on accuracy and attention to detail. As well as strong project management and interpersonal skills. They are self-motivated, confident, outgoing, and positive. Demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality and use sound judgment, integrity, and honesty. Has the ability to navigate multiple computer systems and programs. Requires limited degree of supervision. Capable of performing other duties or tasks as assigned by management.
Other education and key skills required for the role include:
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or at least 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven success in product management
• Experience in Interval Funds transfer agency or securities processing
• Demonstrated experience as a well-organized problem solver and technologically savvy.
• Has strong organizational skills, is results oriented, quick learner, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks consecutively.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication - bilingual skills a plus
• Proficient Computer Skills
