In this role you will be working closely with the Awards Operations Manager to manage the award lifecycle, from enrolment to final allocation. What key accountabilities you will have in the role?
- Responsible for the structured planning, execution and monitoring of tasks and timely completion of all processes assigned to you in line with agreed SLAs. To include, but not limited to:
- Timely processing and execution of awards share delivery and allocation activity.
- Maintaining strict adherence to the FCA's CASS rules, regulations and compliance in doing so.
- On-boarding of new or upgraded clients onto EquatePlus
- Responsible for reviewing, scoping, working with stakeholders and managing complicated processes and ensure that it is managed effectively and within recognised Computershare standardised product or target operating model.
- Become process expert within awards / grants across Exec, ESPP and SAYE products, who can represent the group to stakeholders in forms of advising them about our responsibilities and supporting the business with help and advice in best operational practices.
- Assist the Awards Operations Manager in building, implementing and maintaining streamlined operational processes for all award and grant activity on EquatePlus, identifying ongoing opportunities for process improvement and ensuring we maintain strict operational discipline with minimal deviation from these processes as the functional area grows.
- Gain and maintain strong technical knowledge of all aspects of award activity and provide expert advice and knowledge in your specialist area to the wider business and client base in this area.
- Where appropriate, provide regular status updates to clients, senior management and other stakeholders with respect to award and grant activity.
- Solve a wide variety of complex customer queries and system demands providing exceptionally high standards of customer service as the subject matter expert in all aspects of the award lifecycle.
