As part of this transformation, the team implemented a new system in 2023, Oracle Fusion for the majority of the business. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to complete this transformation, by supporting the final business line to transition to the new global system.
This is a unique role which offers the opportunity to be an integral part of a complex change experience.
A role you will love
The Core HR Process Lead will be responsible for working alongside our system implementation partner, as well as Computershare SMEs, to bring one of our UK business units, that was previously excluded, onto Oracle Fusion. The successful candidate will need to work closely with the system implementation partner, the existing programme team and the business unit to evaluate the standardised, best practice global business processes we have designed and implemented and understand where any localisations need to occur for regulatory and legal purposes. The scope of this role includes onboarding, movers & leavers, data changes, time, and absence.
As the Core HR Process Owner, you will work closely with the Change Management Team to document any role/skills gaps that need to be bridged, ensuring sustainable change.
The Core HR Process Lead will be responsible for signing off on the implementation plan (with support from the Head of People Experience Hub); support system configuration walk throughs; support data migration efforts; lead testing completion and support stakeholder management activities both within the People Team and with wider stakeholders.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
• Provide leadership, direction and oversight for the Core HR processes in scope based on best practice and professional experience.
• Ensures that an excellent employee experience is at the forefront everyone's mind during global process design.
• Accountable for assuring adoption of pre-designed global processes, with variance only for legal or regulatory reasons.
• Maintenance and prioritisation of the workstream plan and governance with the support of the Project Manager.
• Works collaboratively with other People Transformation team members, Technology and external partners to ensure on-time, high quality project delivery
• Lead and motivate SMEs through the project lifecycle.
• Ensure that updates to standard operating procedures are processed ahead of go-live.
What will you bring to the role?
Essential
• 5+ years of experience working within a global People administration function
• Strong experience working with third party vendors & consultancy partners
• Excellent organisation, documentation and communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills (including upwards management)
• Demonstrated ability to proactively deliver against critical deadlines, working and adapting in ambiguous situations.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work as part of a high-performing team.
• Practical experience working within a system implementation project and be involved with key activities such as testing, data migration, cutover etc.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects in a virtual environment
