Location: Toronto, Canada (Hybrid)

This is a hybrid position primarily based in one of our Toronto offices. The Procurement function is responsible for providing purchasing support, negotiating with third-party suppliers for good and services to all business units and functions throughout Computershare, globally.

The Process Analyst role operates within this function at a global level and must deliver within strict internal, legal, regulatory and customer requirements. The guidelines include successful delivery within agreed timeframes and quality standards.

The role must also work collaboratively across other global teams, supporting continuous improvement and project related activity

A role you will love

We are looking to hire an experienced process analyst to support our Global Procurement Processes.

You will collect data and analyse current processes across multiple processes within Procurement, collating the process from EPICOR, SharePoint and other systems used to the Oracle platform through the writing of procedures and process flows. You will maintain process procedures and process flows to support global standardization, analyse processes for delays, obstructions, and weaknesses, working with Process Manager to improve production flow and troubleshoot processing issues.

Lastly you will create production process reports and provide reports that support regulatory and client guidelines, working directly with Clients and/or Regulators.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Gathering and processing data to identify process performance areas.

• Standardizing reporting and KPI

• Creating and presenting reports both internally and externally.

• Overseeing the implementation of revised processes and workflows.

• Monitoring the efficiency of updated workflows.

• Process compliance and metrics reporting

• Maintain documentation between multiple platforms (e.g. Oracle, SharePoint, GEMs, etc.)

• Regulatory, compliance and client reporting highlighting non-compliance

• No-Po No-Pay policy compliance and reporting

• Procurement team (personnel) process compliance reporting into Management

• Coordinating training documentation to support user interface with Procurement

Other key skills required for the role:

Required:

• Minimum 5 years in Procurement function

• Process and/or project management qualification - or significant experience in this field

• Experience with financial systems such as (EPICOR, Oracle)

• Experience with contract management systems

Preferred:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics or Business Administration

• Industry certification in Procurement, Process Analytics and/or Process Improvements
