A role you will love.
The Operations Consultant is responsible for performing complex quality assurance risk tasks and activities utilizing documented procedures or reviewing processes to assess for control gaps. Assessing problems and issues in accordance with standard operating procedures to ensure activities follow the necessary internal and external regulatory and risk management practices. Serving as a liaison to management on matters relative to policies and procedures.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- The Operations Consultant roles is responsible to record & reconcile all the Principal & Interest payment activities into the CDO Fusion by receiving notices from Agent banks through Solvas Digitize application.
- Escalation and resolution of known issues to relevant person and/or team with evidence of timely problem-solving skills that meet expected timelines. Routinely performs analysis of documentation (credit agreement/term sheet, Trade Packet) and systems/websites (CDO Fusion, SharePoint, Markit) for accuracy, completeness, and reliability, as well as seeks to understand customers' requirements and needs.
- Deliver quality, sustainable and risk-compliant solutions that meet or exceed our customers' and employees' needs and expectations within the agreed timeline.
What will you bring to the role.
- Any Bachelor's/ master's degree (B.com/MBA/M.Com/MBA) or equivalent.
- The Operations Consultant requires 9+ years of experience in Collateral Loan Obligation (CLO), Collateral Debt Obligation (CDO) and specialized asset services.
- Strong knowledge about Term Loans, Revolvers, Delay Draw Term Loan, Payment-in-Kind (PIK)
