We have an exciting opportunity for a Meetings Service Specialist to join our Meeting Services team. You'll collaborate with client managers to set up, run, and manage electronic shareholder voting for meetings like AGMs. Once you're experienced and embedded in the team, you might even attend meetings to see your hard work in action.

A role you will love
In this role, you'll showcase your passion for client service and project execution. You'll work with various departments, building strong relationships to support market development and enhance Computershare's solution delivery. You'll be responsible for the co-ordination of multiple meeting-related projects, and you'll manage the full project lifecycle, whist working to strict client deadlines.
Your role will involve various tasks, and here are some examples of the interesting areas you'll be involved in, preparing meeting documents, system set up & data entry for our internal systems, other tasks include, but are not limited to:
- first point of contact for the Client Managers
- creation of shareholder meeting documents using our Encompass software
- liaising with brokers to ensure correct voting is received from Nominees
- proofread documents ready for distribution
- reconciliation of shareholders numbers and mailing types prior to mailing
- set up of electronic voting and shareholder meeting notification through email
- prepare and check various meeting reports before sending to Client Managers
- accurately record final billing invoice
This hybrid role offers a Monday to Friday, 35-hour working week. The salary ranges from £23,000 to £25,000, based on experience, with occasional overtime opportunities. You must live within a reasonable commuting distance from our Bristol office on Bridgewater Road, BS13 8AE.

We're looking for a team player with strong interpersonal skills and experienced managing conflicting priorities and expectations. You should demonstrate you've built good working relationships with colleagues and or stakeholders. Here are the skills and desirable experience required for this role:
- strong numeracy skills
- excellent accuracy & meticulous eye for detail, excellent written and communication skill
- highly organised with methodical approach to problem solving and ability to prioritise effectively
- experienced at proof reading
- ability to deal with stakeholders across business lines
