Key Account Director - Wealth (Part time)

Working with in the new business and commercial client part of CCS. The candidate will be responsible for delivering a grow from existing revenue target from our client base that costs of financial institutions and wealth clients knowledge in this area is a prerequisite.

This role will be a blended role into our new business function and requires an element of new business growth. This will include developing our digital proposition into new business targets and replying and running tenders.

A role you will love

You will be seen as an expert in your field, able to demonstrate and create value for our customers by successful targeted delivery of our services, which will drive value for CCS through retention and growth.

Being a trusted advisor that is seen by both their Clients and CCS as a practised representative who can lead change to drive value, you'll hold responsibility for ensuring all relationships are governed correctly, working closely with senior stakeholders in a uniformed approach.

Managing key account strategies for their clients by creating and maintaining documented plans that are well articulated to establish the current state of the client relationship. Establishing an agreed approach to drive the strategy, resulting in business development that exceeds in year budget and objectives.

Responsibilities will also include hunting new business opportunities - to enable the achievement of core financial objectives - revenue and contribution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and or Facilitate Effective Senior Level Relationships, create relationships directly or via the CCS Exec Sponsor or MD.
  • Maintain Legal Contract to ensure that the right formal controls are in place for the assurance of secured client relationships / partnerships
  • Demonstrate full knowledge and understanding of account commercials, for each allocated account the role holder understands drivers / levers for margin to understand and manage the impact of change
  • Initiate and or deliver significant change projects
  • Develop our proposition across our existing client base and new business targets

What will you bring to the role?

We are looking for someone who's passionate about client relations and can build relationships easily to allow effective working relationships, coupled with a desire for delivering a quality service.

Key to this role is a need for excellent communications skills, with a high degree of technical accuracy and great competence of interacting at the senior levels. You'll have a professional & courteous manner, able to build relationships and develop rapport and articulate updates and concepts to a wide variety of audiences with conviction and detail.

Excellent organisational skills, being able to deliver within SLA's and strict deadlines, whilst managing multiple complex activities through problem solving skills. Passionate about customer delivery with evidence of championing and maintaining strong delivery to a large client and customer base, whilst handling key objections and challenges with ease. The ability to sell and run deals through a pipeline and report is also a key requirement.

Other responsibilities:

  • Business Experience within the wealth sector - wealth insight and understanding around compliance and governance in wealth is a must.
  • Able to communicate solutions to clients in a clear, concise and 'Value add' manner.
  • Able to look at where improvements need to be made across our service and follow actions through whilst engaging all necessary personnel.
  • Proficient in leading / inspiring others.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, can-do attitude.
  • Strong sales skills and the ability to drive complex deals through.
  • Consultative approach to new business sales.
