Location: Bristol, hybrid.

A role you will love

We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who has a passion to improve processes. As an IT Service Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in developing excellent working relationships with key stakeholders and business users, driving the brand of Global IT Service Management.

The role provides great exposure to the global business. You will have the opportunity to work with different departments, allowing you to really understand Computershare and what each business unit does. You'll also have the chance to work alongside senior leadership.

Other key responsibilities:

• To contribute to a culture of first-class service to both Technical and Business teams.

• Identify improvements to the core processes to improve Service Availability and minimise repeat issues.

• Define, manage and maintain Service Management policies and processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness.

• Contribute to a Globally consistent approach to IT Service Management in line with industry best practice.

• Contribute to reporting of the IT service and the performance to agreed KPIs & Service Levels.

What will you bring to the role

We're seeking a passionate IT professional. Someone who is willing to challenge not only themselves, but also others, and not afraid to try something new, share their ideas and embraces change.

Some other key skills you'll have:

• Experience of working across multiple ITIL aligned disciplines preferably in a management capacity, especially Incident, Problem, Change, Transition & Business Relationship Management

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills - able to build relationships and work with stakeholders and partners at a senior level; having the ability to influence and challenge effectively; and able to listen and respond to challenges would be beneficial

• Knowledge of the implementation and support of Incident Management processes

• Knowledge of the implementation and support of Problem Management processes

• Knowledge of service governance processes and the ability to understand risk to services

• Passionate about good customer outcomes and service excellence

• Understanding of industry direction and best practices
