A role you will love.
The Communications Specialist will develop and implement internal communications in corporate trust business by Computershare, under the direction of the Change Communications Manager. They will maintain and administer communication production schedules, develop, and deliver internal communications to drive colleague engagement and deliver on business objectives serving the information needs of all stakeholders. As a member of the team, they will support the wider Corporate Communication team to deliver their objectives.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Research, develop and deliver internal communications that meet the ongoing requirements of the business, in line with corporate branding and communications guidelines.
- Maintain and administer communication production schedules and calendars.
- Deliver a wide range of communication items including but not limited to emails, intranet posts, videos, and presentations.
- Provide specialist internal comms advice to colleagues, challenging where appropriate.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal business partners being supported by this position.
- Support initiatives to maintain, improve and measure colleague engagement & Other duties as assigned.
What will you bring to the role?
- Bachelor's Degree (B.A./B.S./B. Com) or equivalent; with two to four years of related experience.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills, including line editing, copyediting, and proofreading skills, as well as the ability to vary writing style to meet needs.
- Proficiency with computer and all MS office software. Ability to use intranet software such as SharePoint.
- Good understanding of digital platforms; awareness of new digital and social trends, tools, and platforms.
- Ability to work successfully through changes and support communications for change programmes.
