Implementation & Client Solutions Manager

Bristol - Hybrid

Join us in shaping the future of our Implementation Team. As our Implementation & Client Solutions Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team to deliver seamless client onboarding and offboarding processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring legal compliance, efficient system integration, and the successful delivery of client requirements. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the expansion of our UK team by integrating the onboarding of new clients in key markets - Jersey and Ireland. Additionally, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, collaborating with clients, legal experts, and market participants to develop innovative solutions and product structures.

  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously develop your industry knowledge and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Foster a Culture of Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to protect the business.
  • Support Business Growth: Contribute to business development initiatives and proactively seek new opportunities.
  • Champion Business Continuity: Develop and maintain robust business continuity plans to ensure operational resilience.

Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of our Registry business and its operations.

Proven Leadership Skills: Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

Strong Communication Skills: The ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.

Project Management Skills: Experience of managing projects.

Problem-Solving Expertise: A knack for identifying and resolving complex issues.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant systems and tools, including MS Office Suite.

Organizational Skills: The ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A Collaborative Mindset: A team player who can work effectively with colleagues across different functions.
