Computershare have an exciting opening to join the Global Information Security (GIS) team as a Global Senior IAM Officer. The Global Information Security team is responsible to drive the deployment, development and management of Information and Cyber security across the Computershare businesses globally.

Through partnerships with the business units, Technology Services and other support functions, the GIS team actively support the business objectives whilst reducing the overall composite risk to Computershare.

A role you will love

The Global Senior IAM Officer will take a key role in the team being accountable for supporting the Global Head of IS and IAM in the delivery of the IAM programme, which as part of the wider GIS strategy aims to develop our Identity and Access Management processes and technologies. This is maintained in line with the wider technology strategy, whilst continuing to meet the requirements of the wider business, our customers, and our regulators.

This is an exciting role in a global function and will involve working closely with security operations teams, governance, risk management and wider technology stakeholders across EMEA, Oceania and North America.

You will be responsible for actively growing the IAM function, fostering a secure culture and above all ensuring that our employees and contractors have the right access to the right systems, at the right time based on the principle of least privilege. In addition to taking responsibility for the education and communication of information security/management related material.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the IAM team in their key responsibilities.
  • Identifying and analysing IAM related risks/vulnerabilities and recommend remediation actions.
  • Monitoring and reviewing IAM controls to ensure they are operating in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting security reviews/attestations to ensure IAM controls are operation and designed effectively.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop IAM related policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Producing MI/Board reports.

What will you bring to the role?

We are looking for someone with previous experience in the Identity and Access Management world with evidenced exposure of supporting junior team members and/or line management experience.

You will be an independent thinker and be self-motivated with a focus on customer service.

Essential required experience/skills:

  • Good understanding of IAM concepts, principle of least privileged.
  • Experience of role based access and Cloud computing.
  • Experience with CyberArk, SailPoint or other comparable tools.
  • Obtained certification in one of the following (although not essential): CISA/CISM/CISSP/CSA equivalent
