Global Legal Network Manager (Legal Vendor Management)
Location: London, or Bristol (Hybrid)

The Global Network Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the third-party network that supports our Global Entity and Compliance (GEC) business, comprising of legal and corporate governance focused firms worldwide in over 120 Countries.
Computershare's GEC services sit within Computershare Entity Solutions and supports clients' compliance with the recurring statutory corporate secretarial/corporate governance obligations required to keep their entities compliant.

As the Global Network Manager, you will partner with the senior management team and will be responsible for building/maintaining strong working relationships with our preferred network firms whilst driving strategic initiatives to enhance the network's overall performance. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business unit in a time of transformation allowing you to be an integral part of developing our vendor commercial relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Network Management: Oversee and manage the third-party network in 120 countries, ensuring operational efficiency, high-quality standards, and adherence to established guidelines.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong and collaborative relationships with law firm partners, establishing trust and open lines of communication.
- Performance Evaluation: review the performance of our partners within the network, assess their adherence to service level agreements, and identify areas for improvement.
- Project Management: Coordinate and manage various projects within the network, including the implementation of new processes, technology upgrades, and quality assurance initiatives.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and cost evaluations of the network's operations, monitoring budgetary and identifying potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders to align network objectives with their strategic goals.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all law firms within the network comply with Computershare's legal and regulatory requirements, and proactively manage potential risks associated.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of long-term strategic plans for the third-party network, identifying opportunities for growth, efficiency, and innovation.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports and presentations on the network's performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Global Knowledge Management: Own and manage processes to build and maintain global knowledge data, coordinate updates on changes to local laws with the network for proactive communication to clients and internal teams.
What will you bring to the role?
- Proven experience in managing global networks or working in a global business.
- Strong understanding of legal operations and experience of working with law firms.
- A background of Corporate Governance would be desirable.
- Experience of Project Management, successfully managing complex projects processes within established timelines and budgets.
- Demonstrable financial skills and financial acumen with the ability to analyse financial data, evaluate cost-efficiency, and drive financial performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effectively engage with and influence stakeholders at all levels and present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to enhance the performance and effectiveness of the network.
- Skilled in building and maintaining collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders, law firm partners, and other external parties.
- Proficient in data / information analysis and interpretation, leveraging insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adjusting priorities as needed to meet evolving business needs.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field.
