Through partnerships with the business units, Technology Services and other support functions, the Global Information Security team actively support the business objectives whilst reducing the overall composite risk to Computershare.

The Global Information Security team is responsible to drive the development, deployment and management of information and cyber security across the Computershare businesses, globally. This is a newly formed team, so we are looking for someone who can share ideas on best practices.

A role you will love

The Global IAM Senior Analyst will take a key role in the team, accountable for the delivery of the IAM programme, which as part of the wider GIS Strategy aims to develop our Access Management processes and technologies. This is maintained in line with the wider technology strategy, whilst continuing to meet the requirements of the wider business, our customers, and our regulators.

This is an exciting role in a global function and will involve working closely with security operations teams, governance teams, risk management and wider technology stakeholders across EMEA, Oceania and North America.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain the annual plan to enable Identity and Access Management processes and technologies to keep pace with Global Security requirements
  • Identify and implement improvements to the existing IAM processes/systems working alongside the global technology functions
  • Work with the wider global business to promote understanding of Identity and Access Management processes and obligations
  • Assist in the management and/or monitoring of systems associated with IAM, PAM, SSO and MFA
  • Enforce IAM policies and support existing systems in accordance with standards, guidelines, and procedures

What will you bring to the role?

As this is a senior role, the ability to think independently, be proactive, self-motivated with a focus on customer service is essential.

Essential

  • Proven experience in IAM or information security
  • Good understanding of Role Based Access
  • Microsoft Active Directory or Azure AD
  • Experience with PAM or IAM Tools
    (One Identity, CyberArk, ForgeRock, Azure PIM, or others)

It would be ideal for the role holder to obtain a certification in one of the following: CISA / CISM / CISSP / CSA or equivalent, but this is not essential.
