As the Executive Services Specialist, you will serve as primary, direct contact for senior executives of all US stock plan administration and transfer agency clients who are exercising options or selling securities.

In this role, you will serve as single point of contact for all designated Section 16 and Rule 144 executives, and stock plan administration client contacts. Communications may occur through phone call on dedicated line, or within executive services group email box. Manage unique processing requirements simultaneously across multiple client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process executive trades, prepare and timely file SEC regulatory paperwork. Follow through to assure that all settlement steps are completed accurately and timely.
• Answer technical stock plan questions from executives or their representatives in a clear and effective manner.
• Proactively communicate transaction details to pertinent parties.
• Daily administration of 10b5-1 plans and Equate+ clients. Accurately record all details and properly account for new, modified, and terminated/expired plans.
• Research contacts and conduct outbound calls for expiring option programs.
• Effectively complete work assignments as part of a team, in a mostly remote environment, communicating information on tasks but working independently and sharing an appropriate burden of the workload.
• Other duties or tasks as assigned by management.

Other key skills required for the role include:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training.
- 3 - 5 years direct experience supporting stock plan administration.
- Must have knowledge of equity compensation plans, the stock market settlement process, and all award types (stock options (NQ and ISO), restricted stock, stock-settled SARs, employee stock purchase plans.
- CEP (Certified Equity Professional, or some levels passed and working towards)
- FINRA Series 7
- Must be comfortable working in a high-pressure environment where accuracy, speed, and client service are paramount.
- Must be highly PC literate, especially with MS Excel, Word, stock plan administration systems.
- Must be able to speak and write clearly in English.

Compensation. The base pay range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000/yearly. This base pay range is specific to Jersey City NJ and may not be applicable to other locations.
