As an EUC IT Team Leader, you will work very closely with the business to align the technology to the business needs. This involves providing proposals, guidance for business projects and some direct interaction with key clients may also be required to present various Computershare technology solutions and adapt communications to the audience.

A role you will love

The Team is responsible for providing 2nd and 3rd line support to all of CTS customers and clients, as well as enhancing customer experience through investigating and resolving system faults, enabling our customers to run their operations effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support and supervise people management aspects including hiring, termination, performance management, reporting, and resource capacity management.
  • Create a diverse and inclusive team which contributes to the wider business Diversity & Inclusion Agenda
  • Champion, accommodate and personally take up approved and discretionary learning, development, and social contribution opportunities to measurably drive your team's participation.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and health of the organization's equipment related to the Desktop Engineering infrastructure, including incident response and service requests fulfilment.

What will you bring to the role?

As a EUC IT Team Leader, you will be able to Communicate effectively with a variety of technical and non-technical audiences to share knowledge and complex ideas; provide updates; influence; challenge; and take on feedback.

You'll also need:

  • Experience with End-user software and hardware management processes, technologies, and tools is a must
  • Have a customer service focus, possessing a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
  • Can view technology as a Service to our customers, to see the big picture and
  • to look at business requirements or challenges to provide new solutions that can offer benefit while aligning to our core technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience with client engagement, service management, financial management.
  • Experience with the Microsoft 365 suite of products including usage, support, and deployment is required for Exchange and Teams with SharePoint experience is desirable
  • Experience with the Avaya and Genesys Cloud products including usage, support, and deployment is required.
