This pivotal Director-level role demands a strategic marketing leader to drive significant growth and enhance brand equity for Computershare | Georgeson's portfolio of Issuer Services businesses across EMEA. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed global organization with multiple businesses and programs to support. You are accountable for the development and execution of comprehensive, data-driven regional marketing plans, directly aligned with overarching business objectives. Your expertise will be critical in fostering strategic partnerships with regional leadership, relationship management, business development, sales, and product teams, cultivating and deepening client relationships while solidifying market presence. You will leverage sophisticated analytics to inform strategic initiatives, ensuring optimal ROI and measurable impact. This role requires a seasoned professional capable of providing executive-level counsel to regional CEOs and leadership, effectively managing regional priorities and delivering on go-to-market and strategic pursuit initiatives. You will also lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, ensuring alignment with global marketing strategies and driving consistent performance.

  • Budget Management & Performance Analysis: Manage marketing budgets, track expenses, and analyze performance data to optimize ROI and provide actionable insights.
  • Digital Marketing & ABM Expertise: Utilize digital marketing tactics and account-based marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner with media relations, sales, product and other teams to achieve business objectives.

What will you bring to the role

To excel in this dynamic Director role, you'll bring a robust blend of strategic marketing acumen and hands-on execution. You'll possess a strong educational foundation, ideally a Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, strategy, or management, complemented by 10+ years of proven experience in financial services or fintech marketing, with a focus on client acquisition and retention. You'll be a master of crafting and executing high-impact, data-driven marketing campaigns across digital, SEM, product, and content platforms, leveraging tools like Eloqua and Salesforce to optimize results. Your ability to influence and build strong relationships across diverse, global stakeholders will be crucial, as will your exceptional communication, presentation, and writing skills. You'll be a resilient and creative problem-solver, adept at navigating complex, matrixed environments, and possess a strong track record of delivering measurable results. Your strategic mindset will enable you to align regional plans with global priorities, while your leadership skills will empower you to build and develop a high-performing marketing team. Ultimately, you'll be a goal-oriented, innovative, and client-focused leader, capable of driving significant growth and enhancing brand presence.
