We are currently recruiting for a Digital Engagement Manager to join the Plans business.

Computershare Plan Managers (CPM) is the division within Computershare responsible for providing administrative services, project management and plan design to Plan Manager clients and their individual employee share plan holders.

The Digital Engagement Manager operates within the employee share plans marketing team providing support to the business delivering an exceptional digital experience promoting our offering to clients and prospects. The role holder will need to work closely with others within the marketing delivery team to ensure joined up, coordinated digital campaigns that augment the employee share plan business. The ability to interpret and communicate key insights from data analysis to optimise campaigns is essential. The individual will need to demonstrate experience working with external agencies and internal stakeholders in multiple regions.

The Digital Engagement Manager is responsible for managing our impression-building and lead generation paid media efforts. This position helps develop and implement strategic and tactical B2B digital marketing programs at a segment and business level to help the organization realize its business objectives. This omnichannel role requires a combination of data analysis, creative strategy, and growth marketing to create "winning" digital marketing programs across paid search, online display, paid LinkedIn/YouTube advertising and other media partners. An understanding SEO principles is desirable. This role is also responsible for the management and deployment of email campaigns ensuring best practice is followed and emails form part of integrated marketing efforts.

The position requires a hands-on, collaborative, flexible approach with the ability to oversee and execute multiple projects simultaneously while driving aggressive deadlines. The role is best suited for a high-achiever with proven ability to contribute individually (through hands-on execution) as well as part of a results-focused global team.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Design and implement paid media campaigns to direct quality traffic to nurture campaigns, company websites and online experiences in line with business goals and objectives.
  • Understand paid media needs, vendors, systems and underlying dataset by being a key user of this information and channel specific KPIs
  • Plan, execute, and measure results. Analysing data and preparing reports on social media performance, and assisting with campaign performance reports for wider audience teams.
  • Work with the creative team and Marketing Business Partners to develop digital assets such as infographics, social media posts, videos, and other content pieces.
  • Evaluate data from digital marketing efforts at tactic, audience and segment level to optimize spend and marketing performance
  • Develop and maintain informative reports that track campaign metrics and present to internal stakeholders along with actionable recommendations based on sound and thorough analysis
  • Stay up-to-date with current and emerging technologies and trends in SEM and paid media, providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate including competition analysis and tracking.
  • Work with the Web & Digital team to support SEO initiatives.
  • Ensure digital marketing activities comply with corporate brand guidelines as well as follow best practices for that channel
  • ⁠Works closely with the Group Web&Digital team to leverage tools, rules and best practices
  • Develop and deliver content for use on social media to champion the organisations work and values.
  • Monitor social media channels, responding and engaging with our online community.
  • Ability to design creative assets

What will you bring to the role?

You will bring over 5+ years of experience in creating and executing a wide variety of digital campaigns across global markets within a dynamic matrix organisation, ideally in both a consumer marketing environment and a B2B marketing environment. You will have a background in working within financial services, professional services, or a highly regulated industry. It would be advantageous to have knowledge/experience in the employee share plans business, although not essential.

The Digital Engagement Manager requires an understanding of end-to-end customer journeys and delivering excellent and engaging user experiences. Demonstrable experience of using Google suite of tools - specifically Analytics. Awareness of SEO and web accessibility best practise. Knowledge of social media management including LinkedIn and WeChat and experience in leading digital campaigns as well as use of Sprinklr is required.

Other key skills required for the role include:

  • Experience working with Adobe creative products to create digital assets as well as knowledge of video and image editing software.
  • Provide support and guidance to the marketing team and stakeholders as the subject matter expert. Additionally, you will be sharing best practice and learning from other Digital experts from across different business units within Computershare.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and analyse return on investment in order to contribute to the growth strategy.
  • Attention to detail and some evaluative judgment based on best practice and previous experience within a complex environment. The role holder is expected to develop innovative solutions in a fast-changing environment, always looking for improvements.
  • implementing the digital activity so that it meets quality standards and is delivered on-time and on-budget.
  • Ability to manage multiple and sometimes challenging priorities.
  • Provide clear verbal and/or written communications in relation to digital activities and updates.
  • Able to manage internal stakeholders with tact, diplomacy, and assertiveness as well as liase with external vendors as required
